Not long ago, I bought a bunch of goodies for my pup from petspurest, and she absolutely adores them! The prices are super fair, and the team is fantastic—they helped me out quickly with an issue I had with my order. I’ll definitely be placing another order soon.

*Update* Since posting this review, I got my refund for the items that were missing.
I recently had a delivery that wasn't complete. I ordered five bags of turkey treats but only got one. I reached out through their website, shot them an email, and even messaged them on messenger. Haven't heard a peep back. What a bummer.

My feline friend had some serious issues with hard stools and once had to get an enema, which really freaked him out. His tummy would make awful noises. I picked up Digestion Pro, and now his poops are back to normal, plus no more growling belly. He's a much happier kitty now.

"Cancellation Issues with Petpyrest"
I've canceled repeat orders two times, yet Petpyrest keeps charging my bank and sending stuff I don't want. They haven't replied to my emails, and there's no phone number to reach them. I'm really let down by this situation. My next move is to inform my bank and stop them from taking money from my account. I'm just so fed up with this.

"Just got this pet dental spray and wow..."
I just picked up this product not long ago, and after just a handful of uses, I've seen some real improvements—fresher breath and whiter teeth! I'm already quite impressed. My staffy, Chloe, usually isn't a fan of having her teeth brushed, but this spray makes it way simpler and way less stressful for both of us.

They’ve been ignoring my emails, only responding to a review on their site where they said they’d send a replacement. I’ve been asking for my money back, and now I’m stuck without my item or a refund.
Update (1/7/23): After I posted another public review, they finally decided to give me a partial refund; I originally paid £11.18 but got back £7.19.
They even charged me for shipping on something I never got. #unbelievable service
